Parents-to-be Day Retreat

  • Tickets are per person. While the retreat is designed for couples, we want to provide flexibilty by offering per person tickets and be welcoming of all who are interested in joining. So you are able to join if your partner cannot make it, or if you are embarking on this journey solo.

  • Joining with your partner is ideal for shared experiences and bonding, but you are absolutely welcome to come solo. We’ll make sure you feel supported and connected throughout the day.

  • Yes, sound baths are generally safe for pregnant women, but we always recommend consulting with your physician to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

  • Absolutely! Our meals are crafted with prenatal-friendly, nutrient-rich ingredients to support your health and well-being.

  • We have a no cancellation policy, but we understand that a baby’s arrival can be unpredictable. If anything unforeseeable happens, please contact us at the earliest, and we will work with you to issue credit for future family-focused events. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

  • Yes, you are welcome to attend at any stage of your pregnancy. Our activities and sessions are designed to be supportive and safe for all trimesters.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a yoga mat if you have one, and any personal items that will help you feel at ease. We’ll provide everything else you need for a relaxing and enriching experience.

  • Detailed directions and transportation options will be provided upon registration. Our retreat location in Hudson Valley is easily accessible by car and public transportation.

  • Absolutely! Our facilitators are here to support you. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and engage in discussions throughout the day.

Wellness Getaways

General

  • No. We offer different variations for our wellness getaways. We have offerings for the whole family, as well as Mom and Child getaways, and Dad and Child getaways. For specifics please check the Wellness Getaways Page.

  • Our getaways are meticulously designed to offer a rejuvenating and enriching experience for every member of the family. From engaging activities that promote bonding to wellness workshops tailored for all ages, expect a holistic approach to well-being amidst serene and inspiring surroundings.

  • We have guidance based on the type of getaway. For the whole family or Mom and Child getaways we recommend ages 18 months to 12 years. For the Dad and Child getaways, our recommendation is ages 5 to 12. We offer a diverse range of activities, workshops, and relaxation options to accommodate everyone in those age ranges.

  • Sample Daily Schedule

    7:30 to 8:30 - Breakfast

    8:30 to 12:30 - Children’s Program including mindfulness activities, healthy snack and lunch

    8:45 to 9:45 - Yoga

    10 to 11 - Sound Bath & Meditation

    11 to 12 - Parent Lunch

    12:30 to 3:30 - Free time

    4 to 6 - Family Bonding activities - lawn games, outdoor adventure

    5 to 6 - Family Dinner

    7 to 8 - Campfire, Live Music

  • We focus on organic, seasonal, locally sourced, whole foods. We have a balanced approach to healthy eating and our menu is designed to be kid-friendly while being healthy.

  • Yes, we strive to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions to the best of our ability. Before the retreat, we gather information about any dietary requirements or restrictions from participants and work closely with our culinary team to ensure that meals are prepared accordingly.

ADULT ACTIVITIES

  • Our wellness getaways offer a diverse range of activities tailored to adults seeking rejuvenation and inspiration. Expect experiences such as yoga, pilates, sound baths, meditation, outdoor adventures, and creative expression. Our aim is to provide activities that foster restoration and inspiration.
